At Nicky Le LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a premium shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a hassle-free return and refund process.

1. Standard Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Platform-Specific Return Instructions

Because we operate across multiple global platforms, the way you initiate a return depends on where you made your purchase:

Amazon Orders

If you purchased your product through our Amazon storefront, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled directly through Amazon's comprehensive A-to-Z Guarantee. Please initiate your return through your Amazon Order History.

Shopify & Direct Website Orders

For purchases made through our Shopify storefront or directly via nickyle.site, please contact our customer success team at support@nickyle.site with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Social Commerce & Live Shopping

If you made a purchase through one of our interactive livestream shopping events or social media channels, please email support@nickyle.site with a screenshot of your order confirmation. Our team will process your return request within 1-2 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories cannot be returned, including:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Perishable products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards or digital products

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take product quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@nickyle.site with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping fees.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company—there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nickyle.site.
